The business need was to create a new culture at the bank that would be strong enough to build a cohesive environment in spite of the varied backgrounds of the employees. Aligning people with a new culture of innovation and results is crucial to the vision of this bank.
Solution
The solution started with a communication, interpersonal skills, and human resources seminar conducted in a full-day format for three weeks. Following this seminar, there was a management program conducted in a full-day format for four weeks.
Results
The participants generated ideas for innovative projects worth $1 million that are in the process of being implemented.
The General Manager noticed behavioral change in the way the participants communicate, their level of confidence to approach the management with new ideas, and their ability to take initiative.
