The solution started with a communication, interpersonal skills, and human resources seminar conducted in a full-day format for three weeks. Following this seminar, there was a management program conducted in a full-day format for four weeks.

Results
The participants generated ideas for innovative projects worth $1 million that are in the process of being implemented.
