Fran Giambanco

Fran has been affiliated with Dale Carnegie since 1987 and is a multi-course trainer and Director of Product and Trainer Development for the Long Island Center of Excellence. She has held senior management positions in an electronics and biotechnology company for over 25 years. Furthermore, she has held faculty status at the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, and is presently on the staff at St. Joseph’s College in Patchogue. Trainer
Todd joined Dale Carnegie Training in 2001 and has emerged as a benchmark in the delivery of leadership training in New York City. He holds a Masters Degree in Organizational and Interpersonal Communication at Albany State University. At Dale Carnegie, he is certified in Leadership Training for Managers and has helped develop strategic partnerships between Dale Carnegie Training and organizations such as ImClone Systems and Structure Tone.

She holds a Bachelors of Arts in Marketing and Sociology from Concordia University in Montreal. Fil is also fluent in English, French and Italian. In 2003, she received the highest results in a corporate customize program for her work with Nautica Home Furnishings. Moreover, her work with organizations such as Marriott Hotels, United Parcel Service, and Drake International.Sales has brought management, and marketing experience to Dale Carnegie Training.

Ellen Oldfield
Trainer
Ellen has been a facilitator and coach with Dale Carnegie Training for 16 years and is certified in The Dale Carnegie Course, High Impact Presentations, and Leadership Training for Managers. Her Bachelors of Science from Bentley College and background in accounting and human resources has parlayed her into being a consultant for start-up companies. She has helped develop relationships with The United Nations, Verizon, and General Motors. Furthermore, she is also a one-on-one coach and has developed three individuals for GM through her coaching strengths.

Pat has been an instructor with Dale Carnegie for six years and is multi-course certified. She holds a Bachelors degree from Dowling College and is PHR (Professional of Human Resources) certified. For over 20 years, she has held management positions in the retail, medical and human resources field. She is a member of the Board of Directors for Building Blocks Development Pre-School and a member of the East Islip School – Business Partnership.

Robert Ranieri

Robert has been an instructor with Dale Carnegie since 1983 and is certified in over eight courses in Sales, Marketing, Leadership, Communication, Project Management and Engineering. Robert holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University and a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from C.W. Post College. Currently, he is President of RJR Development Corp., St. James, NY and manages commercial real estate property. Robert has worked with organizations as diverse as Computer Associates, Estee Lauder, LIPA, Cablevision, Tower Fasteners, Korg, WBAB, USPS, Nassau County Girls Scouts to the Village of Rockville Centre.

He has a degree in both Business and Psychology from State University of New York College at Oneonta. Jeff’s background is in advertising and media sales and has transferred his talents in sales and training into a dual full-time career with Dale Carnegie Training. In his dual role, he has developed relationships with the NBA, Credit Suisse Banc Boston, and Entergy.

Larry has been an instructor with Dale Carnegie for more than 10 years and brings more than 20 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and Negotiation. He holds a Bachelors degree in English Language and Literature from Boston University. Currently, he is senior partner of O’Geary, Wergeles & Co., a Manufacturers Rep firm. They have represented firms such as Stanleyworks, Sunbeam, Aero International and many major manufacturing and marketing firms in the retail industry. Both he and his company have been recognized for outstanding sales and marketing achievements within the industry.
